Verizon’s math-skills

Is there a difference between 1 dollar and one cent? yes, is there a difference between half a dollar and half a cent? yes, but is there a difference between .002 dollars and .002 cents? Not according to verizon tech-support.

   Wow! That guy was alot more patient that I would have been. And what is realy amazing is that he went 4 levels deep and still got the same lame response. How do people get to be supervisors without understanding basic math?
